As a Block Rep not running comm through the proper Union channels is a giant no-no and pretty freaking intuitive. Posting names and phone numbers on FB (public forum) that were taken from Company resources (private forum) should be enough to get one fired from one's job. Please feel free to list both the bylaws and the intentional violations of same the PO allegedly committed. Until then, it's just whining which does nothing to move the ball down the field.

How about you message me your real name and I go post all your information on FB because I'm butt-hurt? I'm guessing you probably wouldn't like it and I'm also guessing that mining others' personal information from Company resources and then using that information to dox people is an offense that is actionable with termination.
