Just remember Jesse that A LOT of what you hear is company Koolaid. I'll believe it when I see it. They just put out a vacancy bid as we all know for 36 captains. Unless they plan on upgrading a bunch more FO's there is no reason right now to hire 300 pilots. If you look at the staffing grids we are not exactly fat on captains either.

Only time will tell what they are thinking there in the Kremlin, and it will all come out in the wash sooner or later.
