I didn't set the current market for pilot compensation. They don't get a discount on fuel and A/C orders because of their financial situation. So why should they get a discount on pilots? Certainly Ted aint getting a discount on his compensation. I know pilots like to act like we know everything but the only people that truely know are on the board and up in that c suite. So us freaking out about it 24/7 only helps management out when it comes JCBA or CBA time down the road.
Eh, don't worry, if we should find ourselves back in negotiations sans-merger 69% of the pilot group are poised and ready to accept the first offer from management and an NC already convinced today this morning whatever that offer is will be the best we can get. But apples or quid or something...
