1) No one knows if management would have came back or not. And 2) I could care less if they did or didn't. But I would of been proud of our pilot group for standing our ground and for once showing we aren't discount pilots. But I continue to be disappointed. Luckily JB's NC seems to be better than ours so that will certainly help come JCBA time.
I'm pretty terrified that you are the only person in this thread displeased with the fact that you all are underpaid and everyone else is dumping on you for having the audacity to being upset by it. It scares me that the "company can't afford more" mindset I am seeing here might be voting with me in a JCBA.
