And where is ALPA on this one? I know they've done a little to highlight fatigue, but not nearly enough in my opinion.
Hate to point this out, but so far nobody has shown that fatigue was or should have been a factor in either of these incidents. Both crews had reasonable or better rest opportunities.
I've seen plenty of circumstances where fatigue reduced safety margins, but I don't think those two qualify.
