This is definitely my biggest gripe with our PBS software. How freaking hard is it to add Else start next to Award Pairing?! I started a thread about this a few years ago, and the verdict was that CSSN is the only option but it is a very poor substitute. I’m often in your exact situation and I doubt we’re alone.
