I look at my schedule later that evening (~1600) and they removed me from my first rotation and had assigned me a new rotation with an earlier report time the following day (1005 to be exact). This swapped could have happened prior to 1200. Am I obligated to fly the new rotation? Does the fact that I acknowledged the first rotation mean anything, or can then swap them all they want until 1200 the day prior?
23.S & N don't make it very clear what they can do after I have acknowledged the assignment.
The Daily Trip Coverage Report will show you what time the 1005 rotaiton was assigned to you.
If on your scheudle NLT 12hrs before non-fly day ends, it's legit....scheds can change what they assign you 69 different times before the 12 hour prior mark.
