Thanks for your input. I had been curious about why anybody would want the Voluntary option. That clears it up a bit.
When the company opens a new domicile with a displacement bid. Anyone senior (or can hold it no problem on a what if) and is planning on going should be bidding voluntary displacement first to get the $. You’re throwing away $500 at a bare min if you bid vacancy.
