Any trend will depend on management. If they decide to start running a real upgrade class every month it could easily go under two years. That said, there is nothing happening here that could offer a solid idea of which way it will go.

yep, fftpilots.com is a little behind with some of the information at the moment...
Most junior CA was a 2 year... It all depends, like Mooney said, about management and if they want to increase or decrease upgrades, people leaving, etc.
I would expect a realistic 2-3yr upgrade right now though in the coming future, especially with CHI opening again for those more senior who lived there and didn't upgrade or are not going to leave now.

This airline will be adding 3 new bases in about 12 months time and probably a 4th in 6-9 months after that. Given our lack of ability to grow and retain pilots - our most recent bid for the CLE base saw involuntary downgrades and a fair amount of people movement. Once the following bases open, you will probably see more of that as well. Upgrading as a junior FO will bring more $ but a LOT of stagnation and time spent as low relative seniority at your base possibly. It's the same as upgrading at UA in Newark or SF - you're a CA but will suffer through months (perhaps years) of more senior peeps keeping you on reserve, etc.
And this airline is the LOWEST paying, has another 3 years or so before a new contract comes out and boasts a pilot force that seems more concerned about drop/swap/trade language than the pay rate.

I certainly understand the reason for your question. Keep in mind...
