FFT pilots shows no award - because the last award was in the 2023-08 bid...and it went to someone close to 9 years. Are there CAs in base more junior? Yes because they got in when there were openings when the base was first opened, and now they are being involuntary displaced to CLE per the last bid award. Hoping for a PHX CA upgrade bid anytime soon? I'm betting it'd be close to 9 years unless something significant changes...but with this place the only constant is change.

PHX Captain might now be more Jr. at American or SW than here at F9.
At this point, for Las Vegas, go to United.
The next thing to think about is what does an upgrade in those bases look like. You’re probably going to be the plug in the bottom for quite sometime. Bottom b*tch, on reserve, working nights, weekends, holidays, and red eyes. Having your reserve shift changed every time to squeeze maximum time out of you, or being shuttled all over the system to cover other bases. You’d be better off being a senior FO. But, if that’s the dream to be a senior FO at F9, you’d be better off going to a legacy, in my humble opinion.
But, with CVG and CHI opening, more expansion in CLE being likely, and further bases opening, who really knows.
All just my opinion. Good luck.

Last system bid had MCO and ATL captain go to individuals with about 2.5 yrs on property. But there were also pilots there who shuffled around and went to CLE.
I would bank more on MCO than TPA or MIA. (Not to say I think we will close TPA or MIA) We seem to do alright at MCO. But, there’s a lot of people who live there, are relatively young, and probably aren’t leaving. So QOL in the future might be slow without significant growth in those bases. ALso, there’s no guarantee you would see an upgrade that fast there.
It seemed like F9 was doing well in ATL and wanted to grow it (or that was the rumor). Idk someone would have to chime in on that one.
The other thing they spoke about was DFW being the future of the company, biggest base, BLAH BLAH BLAH. So again, if that really happens, who knows.
