So your contention is that separate lodging/transpo language would only move the HR target on us to on duty periods?
My point is that until false accusations start getting severely punished, nothing will change. In the meanwhile, I protect my career by not interacting with them beyond the scope of my regular duties. In other words, I don't care enough about them or being around them to spend time, energy or effort on their drama, hysterics, agenda, etc.
