If you go work somewhere else there is none.

you just combined both of our programs into one and since you don’t have anyone on a pension there is no need for the earned income reduction.

feel free to try again.
nobody cares what your west coast airline is doing. Back to your own sandbox you go

We just don't care.

Why are you on a SWA forum trying to sell us on Alaska disability? SWAPAs contract comparison didn't get the intricacies of the minute details and optional coverages. Great. We get it. We have those too. You are all over our TA discussions posting with wild abandon. We are still hiring this year if you are that interested.
um you do care, that’s why you keep posting. Your contract comparison was factually wrong saying we had a 180 day elimination period. That is not an intricacy, that is a big misrepresentation, out optional plus up to go from 50% to 60% is, and I noticed you didn’t have that.

swapa apparently cares as well since they put us in the comparison. (With incorrect information)

I am glad you got better disability. Many of us know how import it is. Some of my best friends friends are SWA pilots and some have been royally screwed over by your old system.

glad to see this thing will pass.

Thats a tall ask. How about a straight trade except you take Pineapple and PNW and we will give you a first round draft pick for FL450?

The mediator controls MEDIATED sessions. There is NOTHING that prohibits Casey and Jody from getting together with Bobby J and AW over some hot wings and quesadillas at the DoubleTree and hammering out a deal, at ANY time.

15. Q: Can the NMB determine where the parties will meet when they are in mediation?
A: The courts have held that the NMB has the authority to establish where and when the parties will meet while in mediation. Normally, however, the meeting site and dates are mutually agreed upon among the parties and the mediator.

16. Q: Can the NMB determine when and/or how often the parties will meet when they are in mediation?
A: Again, meetings are normally established by mutual agreement among the parties and the mediator, but during mediation the NMB does have the authority to dictate when the parties will meet, for how long they will meet, and when meetings will be recessed.
