You need to look at the trip and duty rigs over other airlines. Fact we surpass them! Especially with this LCO override now. Second our retirement in terms of % passes them with the market base cash plan which is NOT funded by other airlines, third our new disability program surpasses everyone combined with our sick bank accrual and policy. So I don’t know what you mean by avg. We get a 50% look back avg, plus medical, plus sick bank accrual rate, plus our sick bank

Facts have no business in these forums.

That's the problem...the hyperbole. The contract is fine..industry average for a 737 pilot but lacking when compared to career earnings. It's a solid double off the wall when we should have hit a grand slam. The issue is SWAPA selling this solid double by pretending they hit a 14 run homerun.

No one will regret leaving. In fact, i doubt this will really stop the attrition problem. Career earnings still too low but will probably still pass followed by buyers remorse in about 2 years and no chance to fix it until 2032

career earnings are affected by longer upgrades and no long widebodies. factor those in and it may be closer.

no, your disability does not surpass everyone. They left Alaska off the list for a reason. They didn’t want to be accused of plagiarism.

Like I said: More or less industry average, which is a huge leap from what we've had.
