My point is that until false accusations start getting severely punished, nothing will change. In the meanwhile, I protect my career by not interacting with them beyond the scope of my regular duties. In other words, I don't care enough about them or being around them to spend time, energy or effort on their drama, hysterics, agenda, etc.
Pilots get threatened with retaliation, which is illegal, and they back down. When a few of these go to court and it costs the company it’ll change.
