NEC was 17 up to 18. Didn’t get a look at the MBCP
This is bait and switch. "Delta 757 pay rates" are narrowbody on Delta's scale. They are literally only 3% higher than 737. That doesn't even move the needle towards industry career compensation.

Don't even get me started on screwing the Captains over. Those of us who are FOs aren't dummies and we are NOT going to fall for that.

NEC needs to be higher.

So once they delay you, they can delay as long as they want because they already paid you a measly 1 TFP? The whole point of the 1:1 rig was to pay you more the more they delay you to disincentivize the delays.

Is that a joke? We need actual crew meals.

Why only flights over 4 hours? Most of our days are 4, 5, or even 6 legs of shorter flights not over 4 hours. With the early AMs and late PMs everything is closed and in between flights there aren't many good choices and long lines of customers.

So our days become less productive? Less time making money and more time at the airport hotel?

That all adds up to more days worked per month to make the same pay.

Is this the new "108 TFP" screw job?
