Hopefully that was for one trip per month. In the late 70's I flew cancelled check in the northeast in a Piper 300. Was paid an hourly rate of $40.00 an hour. Did about 3 hours a night 5 nights a week paid $300 a week. Sure earned the dough during the winter months.
