There are (at least) 3 tiers of folks here. Those who do the bare minimum 65-75 hours, those who really hustle and average 120-130 or more, and those who are more like me. FWIW, I'm probably middle of the road for that middle tier. There are definitely those who make more working little, if any, more than I do. I also have an occasional month where I'm at only about 75-80. Seniority definitly helps with some of that.

Not bad at all. What % do you sit in category. What days a week do you sit reserve..live local? It makes a big difference. I would agree for the most part the broken up trips are better compared to the bid ones.

ER FO.. I averaged about 113 hours a month this year. It slowed down dramatically this fall with greens after being hot and heavy for over 2 years.
