I am a 20 y/o commercial pilot/cfi looking to advance my career. I'm currently sitting at 1020TT with all of their other minimums met and will reach their TT mins in about 3-4 months.
Honestly I’d recommend against it.
You don’t have the experience to say no to a demanding owner who thinks because he pays he owns you.
Don’t know how much ME time you have and if it’s low you may not even be insurable in the airplane.
That’s no longer a toy airplane and I’m guessing the owner(s) have no idea of potential risks.
Icing? Let’s go it’s got deice
Weather? Let’s go it’s got NEXRAD
However tempting this may be, take a good look at yourself and walk away.
If you do decide to take the job then charge them $50/hr because that’s what your experience is worth.
Sorry to have to be this harsh.
