I'm a bit surprised that you don’t remember waiting for release?
I think I have bad info wrt the whole process. I was under the impression that in order to get released, you requested it and prior to being granted, the arbitration question was necessary. Either party could turn down arbitration but I hadn't heard that had occurred. I do remember our NC mentioning that negotiations were "ongoing" - not sure what that really means as it could be something as benign as a meeting being scheduled in some distant future.

Bottom line - if striking isn't a realistic option, then we're in a far worse situation than I thought and we'll never see industry standard rates. What's the incentive for Indigo to pay that?
