The legacies are killing off ULCCs with their Basic Economy pricing. And the public now realizes that they don't have to fly a redeye to get similar basic economy pricing.
There won't be a new contract any time soon.

You could ask your old buddies who left F9 for the legacies their opinion, but it'd be admitting that you're wrong to stay there. And you can't be wrong, right? Just grind it out with a management that doesn't care about the operation at substandard pay and working conditions. Brilliant!
