Forced upgrades? Sir, I certainly hope that events progress to where this is a problem and your in base upgrade to decent QoL retention doesn't take too long. However, I would imagine forced downgrades before any type of upgrade problem as upgrades are pretty scarce now and the engine problems will probably affect them negatively next year. It will be interesting to see which occurs at a quicker rate - pilots leaving or aircraft coming off the line.
sorry, I wasn’t saying they were coming, just that was the only thing that could make me upgrade sooner than I want to but I figure even that wouldn’t matter.
if I really want to point out my biggest worry, it’s that opening chi/cvg will cause a huge shakeup that could push me down in seniority. I assume Mco will have quite a few taken to fill those new bases
