I'm no financial genius, but Chautublic had to have lost serious $$$ after it's all done and said on this contract. Leasing out sim time, training, TDYs, IOE instruction for everyone on company switching to CRJs, leases, MX, etc.

Why bid for a contract that uses planes you've never used before? Now they're removing them 2-3 years into it? That is one awful business choice, whether by Chautublic or Continental.
