Shout out to the good folks at ALPA R&I who are working today.
MetLife fixed the glitch by deleting my entire account with them. Had to re-complete the entire open enrollment process.
There is a deadline of the EOY (with fewer and fewer office people working by the second... tick tok, tik tok)
Let MetLife know I wasn't happy and to expect an uprising!
