If you’ve watched the videos and listened to the podcasts the first couple hours of the roadshow seemed unnecessary. Less exposition and more time for Q&A would’ve been valuable I think. I’m torn as to whether to bother attending my domicile roadshow now, or just watching it on Teams.
that's how I feel as well. Although I have a few questions the answers are not going to change my mind so I don't think it's worth attending.
After watching it seemed any questions against the TA the panel was not happy about.
All they talk about is the good stuff, no one mentions the bad stuff.
I didn't like how they justified the lacking pay compared to the FP 2020 career earnings section.
when reading that youd think we'd get more than a 1% bump for being the most productive and the most economical pilots in the world .
Also their answer to a 5 yr contract was lame. They want to go last to pattern bargin , again. I'm sure the company will drag it out long enough to be last without having to start a yr later. Also delta did no one a favor by setting the bar on pay so low.
the whole roadshow compared us with others instead of comparing us to us.
All the most productive talk was forgot about.
