The contract does not differentiate between lineholders and reserve. It just references commuting in for a trip, so in this case I think I'm covered. I was assigned the trip well in advance and I'm no different than a lineholder.

If I had just been commuting in to start reserve, with no trip assigned
( I never do that) and been out of position for a short notice trip assignment - I think I would be in trouble.
