Not really. I have 1800 hours and nearly 400 single engine turbine. Left my CFI job when the FO hiring first slowed for a single engine turbine job. Was recently TBNT by SkyWest (with no interview), no response from Endeavor, no response from CommutAir, no response from Envoy, no response from Piedmont. Did not apply to Republic, GoJet, or PSA.

None of them really need FOs, and most are probably avoiding people who have more than the bare minimum 1500 hours as they feel pretty confident you'll leave for a better job within half a year.

It looks like things may slow down a bit in 2024. Honestly some stablization for the industry may not be a bad thing for those at the bottom end of the career rung. I know lots of people stuck CFI'ing right now. I'm at least happy I got out of that world and I'm flying something more complex.

You might want to look at NetJets. They're my next target, though the pay really isn't very good for new FOs. I'd take an over $20k paycut from my current gig to go be a NetJets FO.
