Everyone wants to get to the Big 3....Why should they hire you over everyone else applying? (Serious question, and probably an interview question). The FASTEST way to get to the Big 3 is to build experience. Apply EVERYWHERE and take the best job you are offered. Netjets or FlyExclusive with your hours and ATP written done would be a good choice. The days of 1500hr pilots picking their choise of regional is long gone. How many posts are you seeing saying the same thing? Heck, even Flexjet has raised hours to apply to 3,000!
