There have been many posts like this that get pasted all over multiple threads. Every airline has advertised mins and a way to submit an application. Get your resume squared away, get an app review, submit apps, and keep them updated. Makes no difference what people say on here. One guy says you're a newb and there's no way in hell, next guy says keep your chin up, you'll be at a legacy tomorrow. Submit apps to where you want to go.
One thing is for certain. Every day you spend asking vs doing is a day later in one of the best hiring environments in almost everyone's career - and a day closer to that hiring cooling off.
