Risky. The problem is that if they don't furlough you, then you are stuck with either riding it out or breaking the training contract. They have recently sued numerous ex-mesa pilots for that.

They will probably not shut down immediately, if at all. A Ch.11 filing would likely see the pilot contract tossed out, which would mean a downgrade from indentured servitude to outright slavery.
