I guess I'm missing the reason for your sarcasm. I was trying to add value to this discussion and help the guy asking the question; not trying to step on your toes. Been a member here long enough that I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
I will add that the % on the bidding screen is only based on min/max as of the latest update. It is only somewhat valid after the award when it disappears. I use the word "somewhat" because it is forward looking, meaning it does not take into account that the people above you have left, nor are the people below you trained so that the company can use that manpower to translate it into something that affects schedules.
