Does BK actually give an airline the right to throw out a CBA? Sounds a little far fetched.
When American Airline bought TWA one of the provisions was for TWA to declare its' third bankruptcy so that they could throw out our CBA, high airplane leases and of course, everyone's Uncle, Carl Icahn and his Karabu ticketing agreement.
I miss Carl, maybe with the airlines in trouble, we will see our Uncle again. I hope not !
