I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I have a related question on No Harm No Foul. When I was reading this thread, I was looking up the policy in the CBA (may be a FIRST for me!).

Does anyone know why No Harm No Foul only applies to commuters in Memphis? The CBA says "Memphis" instead of "domicile" each time it refers to the inbound J/S. Why are ANC, LAX etc guys EXCLUDED from NH-NF when commuting on a J/S to their domiciles?
