Does anyone know why No Harm No Foul only applies to commuters in Memphis? The CBA says "Memphis" instead of "domicile" each time it refers to the inbound J/S. Why are ANC, LAX etc guys EXCLUDED from NH-NF when commuting on a J/S to their domiciles?
The main reason is that MEM has airport standby pairings and the ability for a short call reserve. LAX and ANC have no airport standbys and a 3 hour reserve call out. If the inbound J/S does not know until the last minute, divert, emergency etc. they need to cover the trip quickly.
The policy applies to "trips" it does not matter what reserve status you are on, it is the fact that you were pre-assigned a trip and that trip meets the NHNF limits.
