I got that y'all don't seem happy with management. What is the status of pilot union and CBA internally? Is the pilot group organized or making strides? Have you personally been involved trying to get better compensation/working conditions?

I'm assuming yall work at Breeze, are past 1500hrs with an ATP and can apply anywhere. What's keeping you at Breeze?
