F9 customer service seems to be so lacking. I feel only so many people can be royally burned before F9 becomes the next "Spirit" meme on social media. I was given a great opportunity to come here through the cadet program, which I will respect. I was assigned a mentor, but I had a family friend already who has been a CA for 20+ years. My assigned mentor says "It's great, QOL is fantastic, stay with F9. My "other" mentor says "Go to a legacy asap".

I learned early on that money is not everything, so I'm looking for a flexible schedule. Living at base, building seniority quick, and having the days off I need. I'll take that over an extra 100k. We have a 3 year contract that if broken will need to payback a 50k bonus at the federal interest rate. My plan is after those three years, see where I feel F9 is heading. People on the internet tend to be grumpy, so I take what I read here publicly with a grain of salt. I have 35+ years of career, so I feel 3 years to decide won't kill me.
