I am sure those qualifications would matter at Frontier and Spirit. At Envoy, if you're not a cadet, DEC, or near DEC, you're at the back of the line. It appears that interviewing slowed down over the holidays and they have a backlog of candidates. Envoy is growing but they can only train a limited number of pilots at a time. Simulator time is the biggest limiting factor. An entitled attitude isn't going to help you with the recruiters. I do wish you the best of luck.
No entitlement. But youre saying they would rather hire someone who spent 1500 hours circling the pattern instead of someone with hundreds of hours of real world jet and turboprop experience?
