Bubba, do you have any insight? I believe that you're not a MX Controller, but you sit right behind them.
You can only get a hold of CVG in CVG unless you call on the phone. LGA is Delta MX, so good luck with that!
DL a/c come first in their book. JFK and BOS should answer if there's someone in the office. A lot of times they're all out working on a/c. If you can't get a hold of anyone call MX Control.
