I fail to see the need for 300,000 dollars...since there is not even a rumor that we (Comair) are merging with anybody...I'll be emailing my rep today to voice my objection.
I do not see the need either right now. If we start a merger I'll give them the 240$ in a lump sum when I see that something is happening. Until then I do not see a need to fork over money.
