I liked Essington personally. You have to watch though because there are multi-employee-group pads and the mechanics as nice as they are, are just a different bunch as are FAs. The pad I was in has since closed but it was owned and ran by a dude who installed carpet for a living. That so far has been the best pad I've ever been in (ie run by someone outside the airline industry).
