Lots of options. Delaware to the S for beaches, golf, etc. Maryland to the SW for boating, I-95 access, etc. W and N or PHL for lots of options. Woods, farm land, skiing, etc. E to NJ for taxes.....okay, I'm kidding...but just slightly. NJ for beaches, I-95 access, etc.

NE Maryland is a 2.5 - 3 hr drive to JFK. JFK is an option for long haul flying to different destinations. NE Maryland is :45 minutes to 2 hrs depending upon location. Great boating.

Media PA is former USAIR pilot ghetto. :15 minutes from the airport.

South lake is when they are married. They move to flower mound when they get the divorce.

Wait I thought Flower Mound was where the thrice divorced and soon to retire raised their first families?
