mine vacancy cycle to get PHL. 3-4 a year. So like 4-8 months depending on timing and if you get AB in indoc.

I hear very little complaining in PHL. I was there pre covid. I drool at the high time island turns and reasonable report/release 2-3 day

Just trying to revive this thread.
How is the QOL for junior guys at PHL these days?
Do you fly a lot on reserve?
How long can you expect before you hold the line in current environment?
Do you normally do your OE out of your base or do you need to request it?
Thanks

Life is good for sure. Nice morning reports (0800-0900) with 1400 or earlier release 3 days, all 17+ hrs and lots of NEO flying.

Cue Suss to roll in and say baloney and only 15.45 garbage trips exist at AA

If you don't mind me asking, how senior are you to get this high level of comfort?

I'm a PHL commuter. Almost a year on property and been in phl since July. Forced short call for July and Aug. Held long call in Sept and Oct. Held a line since. Been avg 16 days off with a line. This month I've had 21 days off. That's from dropping and trading 3 days for 1 or 2 days.

I'm sub 40%. If you don't like longer legs, or early reports mid-trip, there are a fair amount of high time 2-days, if you're ok with 3 (sometimes 4) legs.

From your previous posts about maybe commuting from EU until you're settled; PHL has a fair amount of 4-days and now some 3-days that end with trailing redeyes.
