You're assuming Spirit's slots are assignable by Spirit. They might not be.
true but the overarching point is that Airbus can easily fill these slots with other demand. They don’t need to come to UAL hat in hand hoping to place them. They will certainly not be offered at “buy one get two free” fire sale like the MAX was.

I am sure Airbus is really motivated to get a foot in the door with some WB. Keeping a foot in the door with 320 is not really that exciting unless they get a price premium which I am sure SK doesn’t want to pay.
