You can't access it yet. There was a memo put out about it a few months ago. It is supposed to go live for pilots late in the summer and the in the fall for flight attendants.
Right now they are running it in parallel with SBS in the SOCC in a testing phase only to work the kinks out and to train everyone in there on it.
