I also would like to see changes to the RCO and make it seniority driven, not utilization based. Those two things aside, reserve is actually pretty good here. I'm not a commuter and bid reserve by choice at times. For the actual changes, I suggest reading the document you and I must live by. Aside from a few plucked details, you seem pretty uneducated.
They did not touch reserve for anything meaningful, like long call out which is what the FO in the lounge was asking. I'm educated enough to vote NO on a Turd of a contract that was not a total rewrite, but only a rewording. Also the release to check in, guys were doing that already if they were commuting to reserve and just taking the chance. All else failed they called in sick.
