I said it before, I say it again... ever see those socially awkward kids from school who see everyone else as stupid/dumb/ignorant etc? Usually, those kids don't play sports, and those kids usually tend to be seen as the outcasts. For some odd reason, they think they're cool when in reality, they're the socially awkward weirdos who generally stick out like a sore thumb.
Well, some of those fat, awkward, weird kids became pilots, and they're your "staunch profession defenders who know what's best for everyone and they consider the 92% of the pilot group who voted yes as idiots...." Roger.... now ****** off!
It's one thing to vote no for whatever reason. It's even better to passionately argue your point of view during deliberations. Once it's over, you need to let go and accept it. But when you start calling the overwhelming majority of the pilot group as idiots, it's time to look in the mirror to see the real idiot.

kinda goes with the sayings of " I'm voting for who's going to win" and " you just need to get educated "
you're good at finding the loopholes in the contract and making money. Let's stick with that advice

I just hope they'd realize it's over, move on and engage in talking about the nuances of the new contract, but I won't hold my breath. As you said, plenty of new ways to make money and the game is definitely changing.
