What are you guys crying about you voted in your big pay for TFP pay raise. I won't mention the the fact the contract is a turd and we had the most leverage than any time in the history of the this pilot group and you guys threw it all away for TFP raise. You want managment money, go to management. Just ask all the former SWAPA guys over there now cashing and counting their money.

And already showing many didn’t read it. The 25-0 vote was ridiculous even though a couple reps voted no themselves. They say it was a vote to send it, not that they think it’s a good TA. We all know that’s BS and SWApull groupthink. CM, MS, MP are from 1.0. It funny to read the questions and WTH being asked already. SWA already not complying. And this weak association not enforcing the contract. Just like they did in December. Inexcusable!!

Just this week a FO was in the Lounge complaining about the reserve and was under the impression it was supposed to be fixed with new contract! I just laughed and said they did not touch reserve, which contract did you read I asked as I walked away smiling from ear to ear.

Among other things: short-notice callout provisions change next month, Reserve release override begins next month, the "own" preference is actually useful starting in April, the company loses their ability to change the RAP by more than an hour in 3Q (and even then only in limited circumstances). Reserve release-to-check-in, probably the biggest improvement to reserve in the history of this airline, begins first quarter of next year. More comes later that year, but I'll let you read up on it, because you clearly haven't.

Which contract did you read? A ton of stuff changed on reserve; it just hasn't been implemented yet. The number of people who haven't actually read the implementation plan is disappointing.
