They did not touch reserve for anything meaningful, like long call out which is what the FO in the lounge was asking. I'm educated enough to vote NO on a Turd of a contract that was not a total rewrite, but only a rewording. Also the release to check in, guys were doing that already if they were commuting to reserve and just taking the chance. All else failed they called in sick.

Sounds like you did not educate youself. Another example, all the Dallas reserves have to sit seat support in the training Center. Why did that not go away. That was a big complaint. All the union says, well its not a jeopardy event. I don't know anyone who went in for seat support was told it was, so that's no change. All the hot button items concering reserve are still there.

Who said anything about striking? So you're saying voting no a contract would started a strike? LOL! That was SWAPA pounding their chest, and that would have never happned by the way. The excutives at SWAPA and NC would not jeapordize their future GO jobs on that.

So you voted no and weren't willing to go to the mat?

Ha, Ha, sounds like you were the one not willing to go to the mat, with your yes vote. I was willing to go back to table and since we had the best leverage in the histroy of this union and try to get a better worded contract, instead of the word salad you have now. So good luck with that. Also, SWAPA obviously cannot keep track of what and when some of this BS is suppose to be implemented with their blast email that just came thru minutes ago. LOL!! Wow!

From: DOWNGRADE COMPLETE: Thanks Gary. Thanks SWAPA.
If you don’t see that as a meaningful change then you’ve never sat RSV with “released to check-in”.
Seriously, you’re pandering the same s__t as on the other forum.

Just curious... if I were to initially acknowledge a trip as a reserve pilot at a legacy, would I get LCO if they started changing things, adding legs or even changing the whole trip which is what happened to me earlier this month? I went from a min paying 3 day to a very nicely paid trip that will now pay better than had I gotten it awarded at premium, and I'm on reserve.
