As a reserve pilot in LA, I got limo’d to BUR, SNA, SAN (a lot!). I’ve seen ONT as well. In one example, I even saw a 130am limo to LAS to operate a LAS-SEA flight. That one wasn’t a rsv assignment, it was a trip made into regular opentime and picked up by a lineholder.
