Boglehead 3-Fund portfolio: VTI, VXUS, & BND (or mutual fund equivalents) at ratios that make sense to you for risk tolerance and/or home country bias. Job done.

Fidelity has default index equivalents for VXUS & BND, and you can approximate VTI with roughly 85% S&P500 Index and 15% US Small/Mid Index for that slice.
