500-600 yes, but I imagine we have to take into account the 20-something new aircraft we will be getting this year as well. Brings that number down to 300-400. Am I missing something?

If we get really technical, 27 new planes--> (40 - 27= 13) means only 13 planes down at our peak. Say we're being overly liberal and want 15 pilots per plane, thats 195 pilots too many at our peak. I imagine if the number were really that small then it wouldnt even be a concern for management right now or a topic of discussion. 195 pilots will be gone by summer.
